Job Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Investigators (PIs)
- Qualification: MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical research, preferably as Investigator/PI
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical trial conduct and site operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and subject safety
- Manage trial documentation and reporting
Study Coordinators
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Life Sciences degree
- Experience: 8+ years in clinical research coordination
- Responsibilities:
- Manage study documentation and protocol adherence
- Coordinate site activities and maintain regulatory compliance
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
Analysts / Clinical Research Executives
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Life Sciences degree
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in trial documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Support compliance with clinical research protocols
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational background in MBBS, MD, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Life Sciences
- Experience ranging from 0 to 15 years depending on the role
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial operations, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
