Production Positions: Technical Assistant/Operator/Line Chemist and Trainee
Responsibilities
- Supervise shop floor activities including component preparation, aseptic filling, and compounding operations.
- Handle autoclave operations, vial filling/sealing, washing, and line chemist duties.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety protocols, and company policies.
- For trainees: Follow cGMP guidelines, maintain safety standards, and develop good written and verbal communication skills with basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications
- Technical Assistant/Operator/Line Chemist: Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharmacy with 02 to 04 years of experience in sterile injectable production.
- Trainee: B.Pharmacy/B.Sc (Chemistry), fresher (passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025).
- Male candidates preferred; ready to join immediately.
Quality Control Positions: Executive and Trainee
Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical method transfer, IP/FP, and stability sample analysis.
- Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, IC, Dissolution (USP Type IV), Osmometer, Leak test apparatus, Auto titrator, and UV visible spectrophotometer.
- Manage Empower 3 application, handle complex injectable and peptide molecule analysis.
- Prepare COA, stability data summaries, and ensure LIMS compliance.
- Address lab incidents, deviations, and maintain GLP/GDP standards.
- Experience with regulatory audits (USFDA, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA).
- For trainees: Gain exposure to analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, IR) and develop learning abilities.
Qualifications
- Executive: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 02 to 05 years of experience in pharma quality control.
- Trainee: B.Pharm/M.Sc, fresher.
- Strong academic background, communication skills, and regulatory audit exposure preferred.
