1. LVP FFS Operator (10 Positions)
- Qualification: ITI (Any Stream) / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)

- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry/Biotechnology), B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / M.Tech
3. Biologics Production – Junior Executive (10 Positions)

🔬 Key Responsibilities
BFS Operator Role
- Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines for IV fluid production
- Set parameters like temperature, pressure, filling volume, and sealing time
- Perform in-process quality checks (leak test, weight variation, visual inspection)
- Ensure proper functioning of molding, filling, and sealing stations
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams
Production & Biologics Roles
- Perform batch calculation and dispensing activities
- Execute CIP/SIP processes and filter integrity tests
- Handle buffer preparation and protein purification (TFF)
- Work on downstream plasma R&D activities
- Operate instruments like pH meter, spectrophotometer, conductivity meter
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines
- Manage material reconciliation and calibration/validation activities
🎓 Qualifications Required
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) – for BFS Operator
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Biotechnology)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, biologics production, and GMP practices preferred
