A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Sushen Medicamentos Pvt. Ltd., is hiring Production Officers for its production facility located at Changodar, Ahmedabad. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) who want to build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production and cGMP-compliant manufacturing.
Candidates with B.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc qualifications and an interest in hands-on manufacturing operations are strongly encouraged to apply. This role provides exposure to real-time production activities, documentation practices, and cross-functional coordination with QA and QC teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities – Production Officer (Pharma)
- Execute day-to-day pharmaceutical production activities
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR)
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- Support equipment operation, cleaning, and line clearance
- Assist in audits, deviations, and CAPA implementation
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
🔹 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences or relevant discipline) - Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers are welcome) - Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of cGMP and documentation
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
