🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Production Department
- Operate and monitor granulation & coating equipment (Fette, Glatt, Ganson)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Support manufacturing of tablets and capsules
Packing Department
- Handle blister, cartonator, and packaging machines (CAM, IMA, CVC)
- Perform QMS documentation and compliance checks
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging standards
QC / Trainee Roles
- Assist in quality control testing and documentation
- Support laboratory and production quality activities
- Follow regulatory and SOP guidelines
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma
- Diploma in Pharmacy / Graduate (for trainee roles)
- Experience:
- Freshers eligible for Apprentice/Trainee roles
- 2–12 years for Operator/Technician/Supervisor roles
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in tablet & capsule manufacturing (mandatory)
- Knowledge of cGMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
- Exposure to USFDA/MHRA-approved plants
- Note:
- Candidates from API, injectables, syrup, or soft gelatin backgrounds will not be considered
- Must be willing to work in shift duties
