Gland Pharma Ltd, a globally recognized injectable-focused pharmaceutical company, is conducting a Mega Apprentice Walk-In Drive under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality domain.
The walk-in drive is open for Production, Packing, and Quality departments at Gland Pharma’s Dundigal and Pashamylaram plants in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in manufacturing and packing operations as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Support in-process quality checks and documentation
- Maintain GMP, safety, and compliance standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during shop-floor activities
- Learn and support pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry)
- Year of Passing:
- 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Experience:
- Freshers only (no prior work experience)
- Statutory Condition:
- Candidates must not be enrolled under ESIC or EPF

Stipend / Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Apprenticeship stipend as per NAPS norms)
