🔍 Open Positions at BDR Pharma Luna Plant
1. Executive – QA (Compliance) – API
- Experience: 4–5 years
- Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Location: Luna Plant, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare audit facilitation and compliance reports
- Ensure compliance across Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and QC
- Conduct daily plant rounds to monitor compliance
- Handle internal audits and implement corrective actions
- Oversee overall QA compliance and regulatory updates
- Identify gaps in SOPs vs. current practices
- Highlight training needs as per regulatory guidelines
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP during manufacturing
2. Trainee / Officer – Production (API)
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Location: Luna Plant, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper filling of BMR and production documents
- Manage equipment usage logs, weighing balance verification, and calibration records
- Enter production-related data in online documentation systems
- Support smooth API manufacturing operations under cGMP guidelines
- Maintain compliance with plant SOPs and safety protocols
