🧪 Key Responsibilities
Production
- Execute manufacturing processes as per GMP guidelines
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform IPQA activities and line clearance
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure compliance
- Handle CAPA, deviations, and audit readiness
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, and other instruments
- Perform stability and raw material testing
- Maintain GLP compliance and documentation
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration
- Support production and utilities
Packing
- Manage packaging operations as per standards
- Ensure labeling and packaging compliance
- Monitor productivity and quality
IT
- Maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support across departments
- Ensure data integrity and security
🎓 Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm – For QA, QC, Production roles
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences) – QC, Production
- B.Tech / Diploma / ITI – Engineering & Technical roles
