🏭 Production (OSD)
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for compression, granulation, and coating
- Ensure batch processing as per cGMP guidelines
- Maintain documentation and process records
💉 Production (Injectable)
- Handle compounding, filling, autoclave, and vial washing
- Monitor sterile production processes
- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques
🧪 Quality Control (OSD)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, IP/FP testing
- Conduct method validation (MV), method transfer (MT), and stability studies
- Sampling and documentation as per regulatory standards
🔬 QC Microbiology
- Perform environmental monitoring (EM) and water testing
- Conduct MLT (Microbial Limit Test) and sterility testing
- Analyze microbiological samples and maintain records
🎓 Qualifications Required
- Production Roles: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
- QC Roles: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
