The company is seeking experienced and fresher candidates for roles in Production, Quality Control (QC), and Microbiology. Key Responsibilities:
QC & Microbiology Roles:
- Conduct microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Perform water system analysis and HVAC validation.
- Implement Microbiology QMS activities.
- Lead and mentor team members (for senior positions).
Production Roles:
- Operate blister machines such as BQS/Accupack & Elmach.
- Manage secondary packing using cartonator machines, HICART PLUS, IMA PG.
- Ensure smooth functioning of mechanical, electrical, and electronic production equipment.
Quality Control Roles:
- Handle analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, dissolution apparatus.
- Conduct stability testing and maintain compliance with GLP/GDP practices.
- Support OSD plant quality operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
QC-Microbiology:
- Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, 8–12 years experience.
- Jr. Officer / Officer: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, 1–2 years experience.
Production:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic, 1–2 years experience or freshers.
Quality Control:
- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, 1–2 years experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing, GLP/GDP compliance.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring, water systems, stability testing.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills for senior roles.
