Key Responsibilities – Production R&D Roles
- Assist in batch manufacturing activities as per BMR/BPR under supervision
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment following SOPs
- Maintain accurate production documentation and records
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in production areas
- Support process optimization and troubleshooting in manufacturing
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Basic understanding of pharma production processes and GMP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
