Responsibilities
In these pharma production jobs and related roles, you’ll contribute to critical processes in the API industry. Key duties include:
- Production & Peptide Production: Handling production activities, operating reactors, ANFD, centrifuges, and dryers. Ensuring GMP compliance and maintaining documentation for peptide synthesis and API manufacturing.
- Research & Development: Conducting process development, scale-up, addendum preparation, and quality equivalence. Synthesizing impurities, standards, and SCRs. Reviewing instrument qualifications and handling analytical techniques like chromatography and spectroscopy.
- Quality Control: Managing HPLC, GC, Empower 3 software, and LIMS. Overseeing documentation, compliance, and lab operations to meet regulatory standards in the pharma sector.
Qualifications
To qualify for these API industry jobs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 0-5 years for production roles, 2-16 years for R&D, and 3-8 years for QC positions. Freshers from 2022-2025 batches are welcome for entry-level pharma production jobs.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation, and analytical instruments. Experience in API manufacturing, CRO/CDMO not required. Good communication and technical expertise in pharma processes.
- Preferences: Male candidates preferred for shift-based QC roles; must have API industry background.
