Job Overview: QC Micro – Fresher/Jr. Officer/Officer
Department: QC Microbiology
Location: Gepach International, Pithampur (Indore)
Experience Required: 0–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water samples, and environmental samples.
- Conduct sterility, microbial limit, BET and microbiological assays.
- Maintain culture stock, media preparation, and environmental monitoring records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and departmental SOPs.
- Support documentation including logbooks, test records, and validation reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits for the microbiology laboratory.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Microbiology (mandatory).
- 0–3 years experience in pharmaceutical QC Micro department.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques, plate handling, and lab safety practices.
- Knowledge of media prep, sterilization, and basic microbiology instrumentation.
- Strong observation, documentation, and compliance skills.
