This is an excellent opportunity for 2024–2025 pass-out candidates seeking entry-level pharmaceutical jobs with a reputed Indian pharma company.
The drive is open for QC Trainee/Apprentice and Manufacturing Packing Trainee/Apprentice positions and is ideal for candidates with strong fundamentals in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, GMP, and shop-floor operations.

🔹 Quality Control – Trainee / Apprentice
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine QC testing under supervision
- Assist in analysis using HPLC, UV, IR, pH meter
- Follow GMP, SOPs, ALCOA+ and Data Integrity practices
- Support documentation and lab compliance activities
- Understand pharmaceutical dosage forms (tablets, capsules)
🔹 Manufacturing / Packing – Trainee / Apprentice
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support primary and secondary packing operations
- Assist shop-floor manufacturing activities
- Adhere to GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements
- Work in rotational shifts (3 shifts)
- Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing or QC operations
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, Data Integrity principles
- Strong foundation in chemistry concepts (molarity, molality, etc.)
- Willingness to work in a regulated shop-floor environment
- Good learning attitude and compliance mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Only 2024 & 2025 pass-outs are eligible
- First Class academic record is mandatory
- Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Formal dress code is compulsory for the interview
