Job Roles and Responsibilities
Natco Pharma is recruiting for the following positions, each with specific duties in sterile manufacturing jobs:
- Microbiology (0-6 Years Experience)
- Prepare disinfectants, media, and conduct environmental monitoring.
- Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Tests (BET), and Sterility Tests.
- Handle method validation, documentation, and aseptic practices in cleanrooms.
Ideal for M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology candidates interested in microbiology jobs.
- Engineering (2-6 Years Experience)
- Operate and maintain lyophilizers, water systems, and HVAC.
- Oversee instrumentation, preventive maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance.
- Focus on plant equipment uptime in engineering maintenance pharma roles.
- Production – Injectables (0-10 Years Experience)
- Supervise vial filling, washing, sealing, and sterile packing processes.
- Manage batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and train operators for aseptic handling.
- Ensure adherence to Production QMS and validation protocols in injectables production jobs.
- Quality Assurance – Injectables (0-8 Years Experience)
- Conduct IPQA for aseptic and non-aseptic processes.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation), or B.Sc (Science stream).
