MSN Laboratories is seeking enthusiastic candidates for its Quality Control Department at the Rudraram facility. As a member of the QC team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of pharmaceutical products, contributing to MSN’s mission of delivering “Research for Better Medicines.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests and analyses on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, and other analytical equipment.
- Perform wet analysis and other basic laboratory techniques to support quality assurance processes.
- Document test results accurately, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Work in a regulated environment, adhering to safety protocols and shift schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields) or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 0-1 year in Quality Control functions (Freshers from 2024/2025 batches are encouraged to apply).
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of basic laboratory techniques and analytical instruments.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Attention to detail and documentation expertise.
- Additional Requirements:
- Preferably male candidates due to shift-based work.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (A, B, & C shifts).
