PHARM Products Private Limited is hiring Quality Control Executives for its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. As a Quality Control Executive, selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products meet regulatory and quality standards before market release. This role offers hands-on exposure to HPLC, UV, GMP documentation, and regulatory compliance, making it a strong entry point into the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities – Quality Control Executive (Pharma)
- Perform routine and non-routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, UV/VIS spectroscopy
- Carry out microbiological testing, stability studies, and environmental monitoring
- Record, review, and analyze test results in compliance with GDP and GMP
- Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory guidelines
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations
- Support CAPA implementation in coordination with QA and Production teams
- Assist in method development and validation activities
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and batch record reviews
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm (Freshers preferred) | M.Pharm can also apply
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Skills Required:
