🧪 Key Responsibilities
R&D (Synthesis) Roles
- Perform organic synthesis of APIs and intermediates
- Develop and optimize chemical processes
- Conduct literature review and experimental design
- Maintain lab records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
ADL (Analytical) Roles
- Conduct analytical method development and validation
- Perform HPLC, GC, and other analytical testing
- Prepare reports and analytical documentation
- Support R&D teams with analytical insights
- Ensure GLP and regulatory compliance
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- MSc / PhD in Organic Chemistry (First Class mandatory)
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis or analytical techniques
