🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform upstream processing operations including inoculum preparation, fermentation, and bioreactor handling.
- Execute downstream processing steps such as chromatography, filtration, and purification.
- Support process optimization for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and microbial expression systems.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Assist in experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional R&D teams.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- MSc in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- 0–5 years of experience in biologics R&D (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on skills in mAbs, biosimilars, or microbial platforms
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream workflows
- Good analytical, technical, and documentation capabilities
