Job Description: Custom Synthesis R&D Scientist
Position Title: R&D Scientist – Custom Synthesis
Number of Openings: 6
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years
Qualification: MSc in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our R&D team, you will be instrumental in driving our custom synthesis projects. Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Planning and executing multi-step organic synthesis for novel and complex molecules.
- Performing purification and characterization of compounds using techniques like Column Chromatography, HPLC, NMR, and Mass Spectrometry.
- Analyzing experimental data, maintaining meticulous records in lab notebooks, and preparing technical reports.
- Collaborating with senior scientists to troubleshoot synthetic routes and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Adhering to strict laboratory safety protocols and standards at all times.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment aimed at achieving project milestones.
