Job Description: Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) & Senior Regional Medical Advisor
As a key member of the Medical Affairs team, you will be the scientific bridge between Dr. Reddy’s and the medical community. You will be responsible for supporting various therapy areas and ensuring the highest standards of medical and scientific excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scientific and medical information for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Develop and execute scientific engagement plans for assigned therapy areas.
- Provide medical and scientific support for the company’s products, including training for internal teams.
- Facilitate and manage clinical research initiatives, including investigator-sponsored studies.
- Offer scientific support at medical conferences, symposia, and advisory boards.
- Ensure all medical communications are accurate, fair-balanced, and evidence-based.
- (For Sr. RMA Role) The Senior Regional Medical Advisor will be responsible for handling a team, providing mentorship, and overseeing the medical activities within the region.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS or MD in Pharmacology is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Location: The positions are open across Pan India, specifically in major metros: Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A strong aptitude for learning and a passion for medical science are essential.
