AADVIN Health Care is inviting applications for the position of Regulatory Affairs Officer at its Ahmedabad facility. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–1 year experience) looking to build a strong foundation in medical device regulatory affairs, CDSCO submissions, and ISO 13485 quality systems.

Key Responsibilities – Regulatory Affairs Officer
- Assist in CDSCO submissions as per Medical Device Rules (MDR) 2017
- Support ISO 13485 certification and documentation activities
- Interpret regulatory tasks and execute them accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for regulatory compliance activities
- Maintain regulatory and quality documents as per guidelines
- Support audits, reviews, and regulatory inspections when required
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Life Sciences
- Biomedical / Mechanical / Polymer Engineering
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers eligible)
- Internship or academic project exposure in Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance preferred
Desirable Skills
- Awareness of CDSCO Medical Device Rules, 2017
- Basic understanding of ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
- Introductory knowledge of US FDA and EU MDR regulations (added advantage)
- Good documentation and comprehension skills
- Ability to understand and execute assigned regulatory tasks independently
