Job Description: Research Associate – Bioanalytical (Proteins & Biosimilars)
LAMBDA Research Accelerated is hiring a Research Associate to join their bioanalytical team focused on proteins and biosimilars. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with an M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry to start their career in a reputed CRO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and execute ligand-binding assay (LBA) based immunogenicity methods.
- Independently perform ELISA, MSD, and other ligand-binding assays.
- Analyze serum samples from clinical studies following draft protocols and SOPs.
- Collate, analyze, and interpret bioanalytical data accurately.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during method development, validation, and project execution.
- Review and prepare SOPs, Study Plans, Analytical Reports, and Validation Reports.
- Assist in reconciliation of study or validation raw data and respond to QA/QC communications.
- Manage inventory of critical reagents and study-specific general reagents.
