🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and coordination of clinical research activities in compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in clinical study documentation, data collection, and validation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and biostatistics departments.
- Contribute to preparation and review of clinical trial records, reports, and submissions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, ethical standards, and quality compliance in all research activities.
- Participate in study tracking, data review, and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain organized clinical documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.
🎓 Qualifications Required
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, BSc, MSc or related fields).
- Strong interest in clinical research, drug development, and healthcare innovation.
- Influential and assertive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven research environment.
- Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, documentation, or GCP will be an advantage.
