🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D team with day-to-day laboratory and project-related tasks
- Support data collection, documentation, reporting, and basic analysis

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or allied sciences
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices and chemical handling
- Familiarity with organic synthesis, analytical techniques, or flow chemistry is an advantage
