Job Description: Synthesis R&D Openings
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals with a strong foundation in organic chemistry to join our vibrant Synthesis Research and Development team.

- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 0 – 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Synthesis R&D team, your role will involve:
- Executing multi-step organic synthesis for the preparation of key starting materials, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
- Performing purification techniques like column chromatography, re-crystallization, and distillation.
- Operating and maintaining modern laboratory instruments.
- Analyzing and interpreting analytical data from TLC, HPLC, GC, NMR, and IR.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records and notebooks.
- Adhering to strict laboratory safety protocols and standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A degree in B.Sc or M.Sc with a specialization in Organic Chemistry is mandatory.
- Experience: Both fresh graduates (0 years) and candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience in organic synthesis are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong theoretical knowledge of chemical reactions, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety are essential.
