Job Description: Trainee, Quality Assurance
The Trainee, Quality Assurance will be an integral part of the Quality & Compliance team, supporting critical Quality Assurance activities within the manufacturing and packing processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities:
- Sampling of raw materials, packing materials, blend uniformity, and swab/rinse samples.
- Collection and submission of various samples (stratified, pooled, hold time study) to the Quality Control department.
- Management of executed batch documents and their submission to the release team.
- Maintaining sampling accessories, reserve samples, and hold time sample cabinets.
- Cleaning of sampling aids and IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) cabinets.
- Destruction of reserve samples as per procedure.
- Handling and submission of protocols and logbooks to the document cell.
- Issuance of Apo Web formats and arrangement of IPQA area cupboards.
- Review of executed logbooks from the manufacturing and packing areas.
- Providing general support to IPQA personnel for other Quality Assurance activities.
- Adhering to all established regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum qualification of B.Sc./ B.Pharma / Science or any equivalent degree.
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience. This is an ideal role for a fresher in the pharma sector.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The right attitude and work temperament.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
