Job Description: Trainee, Quality Assurance

The Trainee, Quality Assurance will be an integral part of the Quality & Compliance team, supporting critical Quality Assurance activities within the manufacturing and packing processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities:

  • Sampling of raw materials, packing materials, blend uniformity, and swab/rinse samples.
  • Collection and submission of various samples (stratified, pooled, hold time study) to the Quality Control department.
  • Management of executed batch documents and their submission to the release team.
  • Maintaining sampling accessories, reserve samples, and hold time sample cabinets.
  • Cleaning of sampling aids and IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) cabinets.
  • Destruction of reserve samples as per procedure.
  • Handling and submission of protocols and logbooks to the document cell.
  • Issuance of Apo Web formats and arrangement of IPQA area cupboards.
  • Review of executed logbooks from the manufacturing and packing areas.
  • Providing general support to IPQA personnel for other Quality Assurance activities.
  • Adhering to all established regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum qualification of B.Sc./ B.Pharma / Science or any equivalent degree.

Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience. This is an ideal role for a fresher in the pharma sector.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The right attitude and work temperament.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
