Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate in Bioanalytical, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of laboratory processes. Key duties include:
- Conducting in-process quality control for ongoing bioanalytical studies.
- Reviewing raw data, chromatograms, and reports from method validations and studies.
- Checking calibration status and labeling of instruments and equipment.
- Monitoring daily lab activities for adherence to SOPs and GLP principles.
- Verifying concentration data of subject samples before release to the PK department.
- Generating, controlling, and distributing method SOPs.
- Handling logbooks and archiving completed ones.
- Performing routine glassware validations and monitoring lab temperature and humidity.
- Calibrating pipettes and multipedes.
- Coordinating training programs on SOPs.
- Ensuring lab cleanliness and proper disposal of non-bio-waste and bio-waste.

Qualifications
To qualify for this bioanalytical trainee job, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Masters degree in Chemistry, M Pharma, or B Pharma (2023, 2024, or 2025 passouts preferred).
