Job Description
Production
- Oversee manufacturing processes ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Monitor production schedules and maintain quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
Quality Control
- Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Research & Development (R&D) / Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Develop and validate analytical methods.
- Support formulation and process development.
- Perform stability studies and data analysis.
Solvent Recovery
- Manage solvent recovery operations ensuring environmental compliance.
- Maintain equipment and optimize solvent recycling processes.
Maintenance, Instrumentation & Electrical
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery.
