🔍 Key Responsibilities – Research Associate (Molecular Diagnostics)
- Sample receipt, accessioning, acknowledgement, tracking, and documentation
- DNA and RNA extraction from clinical and biological samples
- Setup and analysis of Conventional PCR, RT-PCR, and ARMS PCR
- Agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR product purification, and sequencing preparation
- Sample quality control (QC), data analysis, and diagnostic report preparation
- LIMS data entry (LiveHealth), record maintenance, and online reporting
- Preparation of reagents, stock monitoring, and inventory control
- Instrument handling, calibration, and daily monitoring documentation
- Compliance with QMS, GLP, GDP, ISO 15189, ISO 17025, and FDA guidelines
- SOP drafting, training support, and quality indicator reporting
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
- MSc in Biotechnology or Microbiology
- 1–2 years of experience in a molecular diagnostics or clinical laboratory
- Strong practical knowledge of PCR-based diagnostic techniques
- Experience working in ISO 15189 / ISO 17025 accredited labs preferred
- Familiarity with LIMS, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience
