🧪 Key Responsibilities (ACD – Biologics)
- Conduct Higher Order Structure (HOS) characterization using:
- Circular Dichroism (CD)
- Fluorescence Spectroscopy (FLR)
- Infra-Red Spectroscopy (IR)
- Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
- Operate and maintain HPLC systems (Agilent, Waters, Thermo Scientific)
- Work with CAD, FLR, and PDA detectors for protein and peptide analysis
- Perform sample preparation, method execution, and data interpretation
- Support method development, optimization, and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure GMP/GDP-compliant documentation and data integrity
- Collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Tech in:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Related Life Science disciplines
Experience & Technical Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in biologics ACD
- Strong knowledge of HOS characterization techniques
- Practical exposure to GMP/GDP laboratory practices
- Experience in therapeutic protein & peptide analysis
- Sound understanding of analytical method validation concepts
