1. Granulation / Wurster Coating – Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Equipment Knowledge: Granulation, Wurster Coating
2. Compression – Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Machines: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, Cadmach
- Processes: RMG, FBP, FBD, Roll Compactor, Wurster
3. Coating – Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Machines: Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, Bectochem
4. Capsule Filling & Inspection – Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Machines: AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett, ACG Checkweighers, Sensum
5. Bottle / Blister Packing – Operator
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc

- Machines: Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, Labeling Lines
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor OSD formulation equipment as per SOPs
- Handle Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and logbooks
- Follow GMP and cGMP compliance during production
- Perform in-process checks and support troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Work effectively in shift operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory: OSD Formulation Production experience
- Candidates working under NAPS / NATS / Technical Contract Services with formulation experience are eligible
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Strong documentation and compliance orientation
