Responsibilities
As an operator or executive in OSD formulation production and packing at Granules Life Sciences, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical products. Key duties include:
- Operating and maintaining equipment like RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, Roll Compactor for granulation and pressfit.
- Handling compression machines such as Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, and Cadmach.
- Performing coating tasks using Ohara, Glatt, ACG smart, Gansons, and Bectochem equipment.
- Managing packing processes for bottles and blisters with tools like Cartonator, BQS, CVC, IMA PG, Uhlmann, and labeling machines.
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards in a shift-based environment.
Qualifications
To qualify for these OSD formulation jobs in Hyderabad, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Sc, or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-5 years in OSD formulation production, including experience with specified machines.
- Candidates from Technical Contract Services with formulation production experience are eligible.
- Willingness to work in shift operations at the Shamirpet facility.
