Responsibilities (Role-Wise)

Production (OSD)

• Operate and monitor compression, coating, and capsule filling equipment
• Ensure adherence to GMP practices
• Maintain batch records and follow SOPs
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and compliance

Quality Control (OSD)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC & GC
• Conduct IP/FP sample analysis
• Execute method validation and transfer activities
• Maintain stability testing documentation

Quality Assurance (OSD)

• Review BMR/BPR
• Execute process validation and cleaning validation
• Conduct IPQA checks during manufacturing
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation
• Hands-on experience with OSD manufacturing or QC instrumentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pharma environment
• Good communication and analytical skills
