🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) quality checks
- Perform in-process and finished product inspections
- Execute internal quality audits and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Maintain quality documentation and audit reports
- Carry out chemical and microbiological testing as per standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, and regulatory guidelines
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Background:
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology) or equivalent - Experience:
2–5 years in QA/QC, IPQA, auditing, or laboratory testing - Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, QA systems
- Hands-on experience in testing, auditing, and compliance
