Job Description: Healthcare Executive at Pfizer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver up-to-date product knowledge and training to medical professionals.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Represent Pfizer at medical conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
