Job Description: Walk-In Interview Details

• Venue: Pushpak 1st Floor, Motilal Hirabhai Road, Panchvati Circle, Ahmedabad – 380 006
• Work Location: Kadi, Gujarat (Company provides transportation for daily commute from designated points)

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Department: Production

1. Egg Section

• Key Responsibilities: Egg handling, pre-incubation, egg candling, egg inoculation, allantoic fluid/embryo harvesting, inactivation, aseptic handling, sampling, and BMR filling. Awareness of QMS tools is essential.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: 1 to 7 Years

2. Fill Finish – Live Vaccine

• Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing of lyophilised drug product, vial washing & de-pyrogenation, aseptic handling, blending & filling, media preparation, validation of filling line, documentation, BMR, and Media fill activity.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: 1 to 7 Years

3. Fill Finish – Inactivated Vaccine

• Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing of inactivated emulsion-based drug product, aseptic blending & filling, CIP & SIP, operation of blending vessels, validation of Steam Sterilizer, media preparation, validation of CIP-SIP, documentation, BMR, and Media fill activity.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: 1 to 7 Years

4. QMS (Quality Management Systems)

• Key Responsibilities: Handling of Change Control, Deviation, Impact Assessment, Investigation, Product Complaint, OOS, OOT, Issuance and compilation of QMS documents.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Department: Quality Assurance

1. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)

• Key Responsibilities: Line clearance, BMR & BPR review, process validation, deviation investigation, product complaint investigation, trend analysis, product quality review (PQR/APQR).
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology) / B.E (Mechanical)
• Experience: 1 to 10 Years

2. EQA (Engineering Quality Assurance)

• Key Responsibilities: Handling of GMP Facility Projects, Qualification of Water system, HVAC, Autoclave, DHS, Pass Box, Process Vessel, Bioreactor, Lyophilizer, Filling Line, CSV, Deviation handling & investigation.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology) / B.E (Mechanical)
• Experience: 1 to 10 Years

3. Documentation

• Key Responsibilities: Issuance of documents, record keeping, management of excel files and dashboard, BMR/BPR review.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology) / B.E (Mechanical)
• Experience: 1 to 10 Years

4. CMO QA (Contract Manufacturing Organization QA)

• Key Responsibilities: Conducting audits, vendor assessment & qualification, artwork review, specification/COA/testing/stability sample review, document preparation/review/control, market complaint investigation, implementing SOPs, handling QMS, internal & external audits.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology) / B.E (Mechanical)
• Experience: 1 to 10 Years
