📋 Job Description (JD) in Detail
This role is central to ensuring the quality and efficacy of our solid dosage forms. You will be at the forefront of method development and analysis for various OSD products.
- Job Title: Research Associate – Analytical Development

- Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years (Hands-on experience in OSD is mandatory)
- Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy) or M.Pharm
- Job Location: Jeedimetla Unit–III, Hyderabad, Telangana

🧪 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Method Development & Validation: Designing and validating robust analytical methods for new and existing Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Instrument Handling: Performing hands-on operations, calibration, and troubleshooting of HPLC and GC systems.
- Dissolution Studies: Conducting dissolution testing, data interpretation, and troubleshooting any related issues.
- Stability Analysis: Managing and analyzing stability samples as per ICH guidelines to determine product shelf-life.
- Quality Control: Performing finished product analysis to ensure they meet all specified standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining impeccable Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all analytical data, protocols, and reports.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical techniques, especially HPLC and GC.
- In-depth understanding of method development and validation protocols as per regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in handling dissolution apparatus and interpreting dissolution profiles.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments and a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
