Job Description: HCC Medical Coder
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for diagnoses
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and coding regulations
- Work with billing teams for clean claim submissions
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / BDS / BPT graduates
- Experience: Freshers welcome | Non-coding US healthcare experience is a plus
