About the Role
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trial sites, ensuring high-quality data, and contributing to life-saving research. This is a home-based role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a globally recognized team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of CRA duties, including site selection, site initiation, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
- Oversee study site management to ensure high-quality data with consistently low query levels.
- Collaborate with client study teams and receive dedicated support from an ICON line manager.
- Mentor and support other team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, or MBBS.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of onsite monitoring experience in Oncology (excluding training and induction).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Location: Candidates based in Mumbai or Delhi are preferred.
