Job Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards in drug safety reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacovigilance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review safety reports, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), and other regulatory documents.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret adverse event (AE) data from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management) to gather essential safety data.
- Manage timely submissions of safety reports to regulatory authorities and sponsors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical research.
- Strong understanding of MedDRA, WHO-DD, and safety databases (Argus, ARISg, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid (remote/office) model with effective time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global setting.
