📋 Key Responsibilities – IPDRG Coder
- Perform accurate Inpatient DRG coding using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT guidelines
- Assign appropriate DRG codes ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Review inpatient medical records for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to AHIMA, AAPC, and CMS coding guidelines
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks defined by IKS Health
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Mandatory Medical Coding Certification:
- CIC / CCS / COC (Any One Required)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IPDRG coding experience
- Strong knowledge of inpatient reimbursement methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Willingness to work from office in Coimbatore or Mumbai
