Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in project management and support within Indegene’s healthcare-focused initiatives. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking client engagement timelines and deliverables for healthcare projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion and escalating delays.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and providing alerts to stakeholders in pharma and life sciences.
- Managing documentation, including meeting minutes, trackers, and reports for regulatory compliance.
- Supporting RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses, as well as facilitating audits and onboarding activities.
- Tracking training completion, SOP adherence, and audit readiness for project teams.
- Overseeing system setup and compliance tracking to maintain quality standards in healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in Project Management, Operations, or Healthcare preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in client servicing and program management, ideally in healthcare or pharma sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project tools like JIRA or MS Project, and budgeting procedures.
