Job Roles and Responsibilities
INTAS Pharma is looking for professionals to join the team across multiple functions, including:
- Manufacturing (OSD & Parental)
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and Parenteral products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production activities to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control (QC) / Microbiology
- Conduct various tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Handle microbiological testing and ensure the safety and sterility of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and assist in regulatory audits.
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards at all stages of production.
- Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with the manufacturing teams to prevent defects and maintain high-quality output.
Required Qualifications
INTAS Pharma is looking for candidates with the following educational qualifications:
- B.Pharmacy or MSc in related fields (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, etc.).
- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in OSD/Parental manufacturing, Quality Control, Microbiology, or Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices is essential.
Skills and Expertise
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Experience in working with sophisticated laboratory equipment and conducting various quality control tests.
