Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Affairs specialist at Ipca Laboratories, your role will include:
- Training medical representatives on scientific, product, and therapy-area knowledge.
- Reviewing promotional materials in alignment with regulatory and senior guidance.
- Providing scientific support for new product launches and engaging with KOLs.
- Preparing training manuals, slide decks, and internal scientific resources.
- Developing doctor-meet presentations aligned to relevant therapeutic areas.
- Offering scientific literature support to the marketing team for brand promotion.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: M.Pharm, BDS, PharmD, or PhD.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, or related pharma functions.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, therapy areas, and evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and scientific interpretation skills.
