Job Opportunity: CDM Professional
We are actively seeking candidates with 2 to 12 years of industry experience in core clinical data management. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end CDM activities, including study startup, conduct, and closeout. As a CDM professional, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple studies and will be involved in client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End CDM Activities: You will be responsible for study startup, conduct, and closeout.
- Multiple Study Leadership: Manage and lead multiple clinical studies effectively while maintaining client relationships.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Rave EDC Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Rave Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- UAT, Data Reconciliation, and Query Management: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data reconciliation, and manage queries effectively, ensuring data accuracy before database lock.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Be open to work in a hybrid role based in Pune.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 12 years of relevant industry experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Rave EDC and familiarity with clinical study processes.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience leading clinical studies and managing client communications.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges during the data management process.
