Job Description: Clinical Data Coder 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical coding of clinical trial data using MedDRA and WHODD dictionaries.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in coding practices across studies.
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams from study start-up to database lock.
- Review and resolve coding discrepancies in compliance with industry standards.
- Work in shifts (if required) to support global clinical trials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6+ years of experience in clinical data coding within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
- Strong knowledge of MedDRA and WHODD coding guidelines.
- Familiarity with clinical data management (CDM) processes.
- Ability to work in hybrid or office-based settings (Bangalore/Thane).
- Flexibility to adapt to shift-based work schedules.
