Job Overview
As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will support the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team by ensuring efficient and high-quality data management. You may also take on leadership roles under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
✔ Serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for clinical studies.
✔ Assist in database design, testing, and audits.
✔ Conduct data review and resolve data clarifications.
✔ Perform clinical data coding and ensure compliance with protocols.
✔ Maintain strong communication with the CDM team and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences (or related field).
✅ Experience in clinical data management is a plus.
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology.
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
