Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Analysis & Compliance
- Execute microbiological testing of allocated samples.
- Ensure accurate, reliable, and reproducible results as per predefined standards.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines (GMP, GLP).
2. Reporting & Documentation
- Report abnormal observations, errors, and non-compliances promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of test data, findings, and instrument logs.
- Assist in lab investigations for deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
3. Equipment & Process Improvement
- Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns.
- Suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
- B.Sc in Microbiology (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab.
- Familiarity with sterility testing, microbial limits, endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring is preferred.
