Job Description: Junior Team Member – QC
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, update, and review SOPs, specifications, and quality documents to ensure compliance with cGMP and pharmacopeial standards.
- Ensure timely availability of documents for smooth QC analysis processes.
- Pharmacopeial Updates & Regulatory Alignment:
- Monitor latest pharmacopeial updates (USP, EP, IP) and implement necessary changes in documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through coordination with regulatory bodies.
- Quality Review & Process Improvement:
- Review QC documents against predefined quality parameters.
- Execute harmonization and simplification of documents to reduce process complexities.
- Document Issuance & Management:
- Maintain issuance records (bound book) to ensure latest versions of documents are available across units.
Education & Experience:
- M.Sc / B.Pharma degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in QC department within a pharmaceutical company.
